Martin Jewelry saved us a month before our wedding. We had been communicating with another jewelry shop to get a custom wedding band done for my wife. We set up a consultation with that shop and go our idea on paper with a quote and began the process of getting the ring made. Everything seemed great and we went about our life. A little bit of time goes by and we don’t here anything back from the shop. We call in to follow up and nothing gets done. This pattern continues until we start to panic because we have one month left until our wedding day and we have zero progress made on her wedding band. I approached Kendall with Martin Jewelry about our problem. I was expecting him to tell me that time constraints wouldn’t have the ring ready in time for the wedding day. INSTEAD, I was met with a confident yes that Martin Jewelry could absolutely get the job done. Within 24 hour we had a digital mock-up of the exact ring that we were looking for. Martin Jewelry followed up with us constantly with progress updates. Guess what. Martin Jewelry got the ring done with time to spare and accomplished it perfectly. We could not be happier with the rings that we received and the service that was provided to us. This is the best place that I could recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Martin jewelry. The owner, Brad Martin, and the workers were very friendly, accommodating, and willing to help me find exactly the ring I was looking for. They took their time to show me many samples, and waited patiently until I decided on the ring of my choice. They were willing to work with our budget. The staff was extremely professional and very welcoming each time that I have been there. I will definitely go back to Martin jewelry for all my future jewelry needs and purchases! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Expert work done. Very professional staff. Fast turn around for the drafts and final product. Turned out better than I would have thought. They did much better work in a better time frame than anyone else we went to. Would recommend to anyone who wants custom rings.

I was searching for a local jewelry store that was common sense and easy to work with. I found that with Martin jewelry Brad is amazing to work with Their pricing was extremely competitive and the quality of work that they do is above expectations! They are a 10 star jewelry store in Omaha that people don’t know much about I highly recommend!!!

LOVE my engagement ring. My fiance custom made my ring from Martin Jewelry. It is everything I didn't know I wanted in an engagement ring. I love the twist of the band. He had them engrave the inside of the ring with elvish from The Lord of the Rings. Very fitting for my nerdy personality and we are now getting married in Hobbiton in New Zealand. I can't wait to receive my wedding band from Martin, too.

From my initial questions about an engagement ring through the purchase of additional wedding gifts and more, Martin Jewelry has been incredible to work with the past year. Brad at Martin Jewelry provided exceptional service and expertise, guiding me through every step of the engagement ring design and purchase process with warmth and professionalism. And the ring they designed was amazing – my now-wife describes it as “perfect, timeless, elegant, and beautiful”. Brad was incredibly patient with all my questions and provided great insight into the design we worked on. He was easy to work with and was very communicative throughout the process. He also found me a range of diamonds that were in my budget and they looked great. And I think that’s something to be noted – other places kept pushing the budget envelope, but Brad respected it which I really appreciate but then also found me a diamond that was amazing. Martin Jewelry also helped us with our wedding bands, which was an easy and enjoyable process and the rings look fantastic as well. Martin Jewelry also supplied some additional wedding gifts and support services – cleaning the rings, soldering them, etc. Everything was priced incredibly fair or provided free of charge – cleaning and soldering. Communication was also quick and consistent throughout the processes. I can’t speak highly enough of Martin Jewelry and will be returning to them for sure in the future.
